Request A Birthday Box!

Birthday Boxes for Good provides birthday boxes through approved community partners, such as schools, social workers, case managers, nonprofits, churches, healthcare providers, and other organizations serving children and families.

To protect the privacy of the families we serve and ensure every request is properly verified, Birthday Box requests must be submitted by an approved community partner — not directly by the individual or family receiving services.

How the Process Works

1

A community organization completes the Community Partner Registration Form.

2

Birthday Boxes for Good contacts the organization to discuss the program, eligibility, and how requests are submitted.

3

Once approved, the organization may request Birthday Boxes on behalf of eligible children and families they serve.

Delivery & Pickup

Birthday Boxes are delivered only to the approved community partner.

Birthday Boxes for Good does not deliver directly to individuals or families.

The community partner is responsible for coordinating pickup or distribution with the family they are serving.

If You Are a Parent or Guardian

If you are a parent, guardian, or family member seeking a Birthday Box, please ask your school, social worker, counselor, case manager, healthcare provider, church, or another community organization to contact us about becoming a community partner.
